The Milwaukee Bucks and Phoenix Suns squared off on Sunday night in Game 3 of the NBA Finals and with their backs seemingly against the wall it had been Giannis Antetokounmpo and Co. who answered the decision as Milwaukee ran faraway from Phoenix within the last half to secure a 120-100 win.
As he has been throughout the playoffs, Antetokounmpo was unstoppable within the paint on Sunday night as he finished the win with 41 points to travel along side 13 rebounds and 6 assists. Giannis had many help along the way, though, as Jrue Holiday recorded 21 points while Khris Middleton chipped in 18 points of his own. On the opposite side, Chris Paul led Phoenix in scoring with 19 points but, within the end, this was Milwaukee’s night. With the win, the Bucks will now have two days off before returning to the ground on Wednesday night in hopes of tying this best-of-seven series at 2-2. Game 4 is scheduled to tip shortly after 9 p.m. at Fiserv Forum.
