Winner’s Circle: Harris English Claims 2nd Victory of 2021 at Travelers

Harris English shot a final-round 5-under 65, then edged Kramer Hickok during a playoff to win the 2021 Travelers Championship. The 31-year old Georgia native finished his final round with one bogey and 6 birdies, highlighted by a 28-foot birdie on the 18th to succeed in 13 under. Hickok (67) joined English at 13 under together with his own birdie on the 18th hole to force overtime.

The two were lights out for everything of the playoff, each making clutch putt after clutch putt until English ended it with a lengthy putt on the eighth overtime hole. For his second PGA Tour victory of the season, English earned $1,332,000 and 500 FedExCup points. He will move to No. 2 within the FedExCup standings and fifth on the cash list. For his runner-up finish, Hickok earned $806,600 and 300 FedExCup points. He will move to No. 69 within the FedExCup standings and 76th on the cash list.
